Speechless. Sometimes when you think too much, you complicate the problem. When things didn't go as plan, I feel insecure. If you don't want a senior-junior thing on the boat, there shouldn't even be a senior junior thing outside the boat as well. We do everything together. Senior got pride. Junior also got pride. I just think no one should be given any special privilege. FIrst time here, punish them for not counting. As wrong as it might sound, but i think they will remember. What is punishment? Since we're doing it together? Pushups don't hurt. Think about it, if you do what you're supposed to do, the juniors will auto follow right? No need punishment also. Of course, I'm not saying everyone here. Really appreciate those who really make an effort to set a good example. Seniors scared too xiong for juniors. Juniors scared they hindering training. Actually I thought I make it clear during one of the training "Training is gonna be this xiong. One thing for sure, we gonna do this together." So what if you are lagging? we'll wait for you. we'll run with you. How will you feel if you see this ppl forever whispering to each other during training. it's like WTF.
I have to admit that I'm not doing a good job too. Training doesn't flow at times. Thanks for all the very good feedback. Really appreciate and need it. I will try to improve. My only regret is not seeking cindy's advice abt thrashing things out first before the juniors come in. Too late though.
Sorry if I sound harsh. and maybe people may start to hate me.
